Laura Flangos, MA, PMP, is our Director of Training and Instructional Design Services at Untold. She works closely with clients and instructional design teams to create meaningful and engaging education products that align to the clients’ vision and goals.

Laura has a background in education leadership, overseeing content design and development, education operations functions, and the certification process.  She holds a Master of Arts degree in Curriculum and Education as well as the Project Management Professional certification. 

Laura’s expertise lies in analyzing, developing, and implementing learning solutions in a collaborative cross-functional environment.  She has experience working with clients from diverse company sizes and industries such as financial services, higher education, health sciences, and human resources.
