Director and Account Manager of Skills and Culture Services
We’re seeking an individual to lead our Skills and Culture Services offerings at Untold.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring that clients achieve their outcomes while also developing strong relationships with Untold’s team of innovation storytellers and facilitators. You’ll take responsibility for the delivery of high-impact, high-quality innovation storytelling Training and Culture experiences for innovative clients.
As Account Manager, you will build strong client relationships with leaders and managers, manage facilitation teams effectively, and collaborate with Untold’s senior leaders to achieve strategic business goals.
Innovation Storytelling Content Strategist (Contract, Remote)
We are seeking individuals to lead innovation storytelling content projects. These individuals should have skills and experience in strategic communication and writing.
Ideally, these individuals would also have experience working with or in industry. They lend creative and strategic vision to the client’s content strategy, deliverables, approach, and measures of success.
Lead Writer (Contract, Remote)
We are seeking MA and PhD-level technical writers, science writers, medical writers, and/or professional writers with industry experience to work on several client opportunities.
Ideal writers should hold strong experience writing peer-reviewed publications, research reports, industry-leading thought pieces, and other innovation communications.
Strategic Communications Facilitator (Contract, Remote)
We are seeking highly-skilled individuals to act as facilitators for our flagship Innovation Storytelling Training, a hands-on, multimodal, immersive training and workshop.
These individuals should have expert skills and experience in facilitation, along with a background in strategic/corporate communication and writing.
