Untold Welcomes Training Director Meredith Singleton—Building a Portfolio of Innovative Training Experiences

Meredith Singleton returns to Untold Content, an innovation storytelling firm headquartered in Cincinnati, as Training Director and Head of Instructional Design Services—responsible for building Untold’s portfolio of training offerings and providing training strategy and instructional design services to clients.

Welcoming Singleton positions Untold to deliver immersive and accessible training experiences as well as develop a network of instructional design and innovation storytelling talent.

“I’m excited every day to work with innovative, passionate leaders making an impact at local, regional, national and even global levels," says Singleton. Whether we’re building communication strategies, developing training plans or creating learning modules, I find it inspiring to support the work of brilliant innovators and changemakers. Not many people can say their work involves elevating the voices of those who make the impossible possible, and I feel incredibly honored to be even a small part of that process.

Singleton led the launch of Untold’s new virtual Innovation Storytelling Training experience, from concept to development, and continues to iterate as our team revolutionizes the impact of storytelling on innovation. She’s also spearheading Untold’s new virtual Data Storytelling Training experience, which upskills employees from companies around the globe to grow as data storytellers. Additionally, she’s developed affiliate relationships for Wordsmith Writing Course, seeking out opportunities to improve the writing skills of professionals across industries. 

Untold Content offers services, trainings, and templates to help innovators effectively convey their best ideas, insights and innovations. She reflected, “The beauty of my work with Untold is that I bring that vast and varied experience to the strategies and deliverables I produce for our clients.” Singleton has amassed diverse and significant expertise over the years, from marketing and non-profit development to technical writing and editing, to instructional design and business strategy.
